CMDA | Entrepreneurial Training

Entrepreneurial training will provide young entrepreneurs with the opportunity to develop the mindset, skills, and knowledge needed to successfully start and manage their own businesses.

This course is for you if:

• Identifying and refining a business idea;
• Starting and growing your business;
• Identifying and attracting potential customers;
• Developing marketing strategies;
• Making your first sales;
• Adapting your business to market changes;
• Leading and motivating a team;
• Understanding legal, tax, and compliance requirements.

Training sessions will be organized:

• Online and/or in-person
• In Romanian and Russian

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• Develop a business plan;
• Manage financial and human resources;
• Implement marketing strategies;
• Innovate and adapting the business to the occurring changes;
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
